Spring Recital

I love recital time, Quinn loves recital time, we all love recital time!  But for very different reasons.  I love it, because I see her go from average to amazing in a lot less time than it takes most kids. She is an acute ability to memorize and almost every time learns the piece well enough weeks before recital day.  This time around she also played it twice before recital, once for her class in music and at activity days the other night for the girls and their Moms.  And why does my Quinney like recital time-that's easy.  It usually means a big break from piano practice afterwards.  The smile in this pictures says it all.

As always she did very well!  I love hearing her play...practice is a whole other story, literally. So, we will keep this post happy and post the video without further adieu.
